Pet Policy
We are Pet Friendly
61 Banks Street is pet friendly with a two (2) pet maximum per residence. Veterinary records and a photo of each pet are required at application. A $500 non-refundable pet fee is required. Dogs will be issued a building tag that needs to be worn. There is a $50.00 fine for violation of this policy.
There is no weight limit for dogs, just breed restrictions, which include, but are not limited to: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, any sub-breed of the foregoing and any breed that relates to security or guard dogs.
